If your order is sent back to us, due to an insufficient address or refused by you, we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges, so please make sure you have the correct address. If you have a large order, you will likely have to sign for the package. We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note if you want us to ship to a Po Box let us know prior to ordering, so we can determine if your order qualifies. Usually light items will be shipped USPS and the heavier orders will be shipped UPS Ground. We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States at the time. Since we are dealing with a lot of custom orders, expect delays during the holiday season.
